Evicting Your Tenant if They Don't Pay Their Rent

If your tenant doesn't pay their rent, your property manager will take care of the eviction. The cost to get the eviction will come out of the tenants deposit. You will then have the rest of their deposit, should the property need work before leasing again. If the tenant causes damage that is more than their deposit then it will be passed onto a collections company.

The eviction process varies from state to state. Your property manager will be able to answer any questions you have.
